These terms apply when you buy an editorial or book a coaching session through www.xoph.co.uk.

Orders and payment

The relevant product or booking page describes what you are buying and shows its price. Any delivery charge is calculated at checkout before you pay. We will confirm your order by email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for the item or service we cannot provide.

Digital editorials

Digital editions are available immediately after purchase. Your confirmation or delivery email will explain how to access them.

You may tell us that you wish to cancel a digital edition within 14 days of purchase. Because we do not currently ask for separate consent to immediate digital supply and acknowledgement of the effect on cancellation rights, immediate access does not remove that cancellation right. We will refund a valid cancellation to the original payment method within 14 days of being told.

If a digital file is faulty or cannot be accessed, contact us so we can put it right. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Printed editorials and delivery

We ship printed editions to destinations available at checkout in the UK, Europe and the United States. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within three business days, meaning Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination and carrier. Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, we will deliver within 30 days.

Please contact us if an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged.

Changing your mind about a printed edition

You may cancel a printed-edition order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Tell us by email or through the Support page. You then have a further 14 days to send the item to:

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage. Please package the item securely. You may inspect it as you would in a shop; we may make a lawful deduction if it has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

We will refund the item price and any standard outbound delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we need only refund the cost of standard delivery. We will refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back or receiving evidence that you sent it, whichever is earlier.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us. We will cover reasonable return postage where a return is needed and provide the remedy required by law.

Coaching bookings

Coaching sessions take place online. The duration, price and joining details are shown when you book or in your confirmation. XOPH coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment or an emergency service.

You may cancel for a refund or request to reschedule at least 24 hours before the session starts. Contact us through the Support page or by email and include your booking details.

If you cancel, request a change or miss a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, there is no automatic replacement booking or refund under our usual booking rules. We will consider exceptional circumstances individually. Your statutory cancellation rights still apply and take priority over this 24-hour rule.

If XOPH cancels a session, we will offer another time or a refund.

Email gareth@xoph.co.uk or use www.xoph.co.uk/pages/contact. Give your name, order or booking number, what you purchased and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the optional form below, but you do not have to.

XOPH’s text, images and editorials are protected by intellectual property rights. Buying an editorial allows you to use your copy personally. It does not transfer copyright or permit you to reproduce, resell or redistribute XOPH content without permission.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
